Makes technical and clarifying changes to eviction prevention provisions contained the already-enacted SB 91: Clarifies that local rent repayment plans can have repayment schedules through August 31, 2022; Clarifies the instances where the courts may reduce damages awarded for COVID-19 rental debt; Clarifies that most actions to collect COVID-19 rental debt are stayed until August 1, 2021 unless otherwise provided.
